Isn't this ridiculous? I have a new pet-a stink bug. His name is Harry. They are all Harry's. We've had 3 or 4 pet stink bugs.
He lives in my studio on one of the windows. I put a root beer bottle cap full of water on the sill for him. I read that they eat lady bugs. There may be a conflict of interest here-since I happen to love lady bugs. But....I also love stink bugs. So far he has not stunk. Now I have 3 geese, a ring-necked dove, a dog, and a stink bug.

What is it with US? My hub pointed out to me a giant slug slippng upwards on the back slider. He suggested that I put some saly on him. I said NO. He suggested that I peel him off and put him on a less than favorite neighbor's shubbery. I said NO. He said "isn't he eating your garden? I said Yep some of it. ..so What?

MmmHmmm...I think it's a childhood thing-you know-noticing all the little things. When Micah was about 3 years old, we took him to the Syracuse Zoo. We stood in front of the tiger's glassed in pen. Geoff and I were in awe of being so close to their beauty, while Micah pointed out a tiny spider crawling on the glass!!

Didn't know there really was such a thing as a stinkbug! But since there is, it's good that you have one. Hope all is well,
Ilene

Oh, Debra, you are so funny! Instead of stink bugs, we occasionally have a boxelder bug. They like to linger in some warm spot for the winter.
