I am making another bird and having fun-but my studio looks like a bomb went off in it! One of my New Year's jobs is to reorganize and move stuff around.
This is the cotton I grew this year. I'm so pleased all that work actually resulted in a tiny crop. It's a pretty plant in all stages...

Thank you for visiting Debra...
I am responding to comments left by friends at the blog, that my husband is in the hospital recuperating from open heart surgery (quadruple by-pass) so my blogging will be on hold for awhile.
Warm Christmas Wishes to You and Yours

Wonderful blog! Isn't it amazing the creations that stem from little things? Just beautiful! Have a wonderful New Year!
Take Care,
Robin
It made me smile to see that your studio looks just like my sewing room when I am in the midst of a project. I,too, have a collection of vintage crocheted lace.
I thought of you this Christmas when I had my decorations out. The little tree you sent still makes me smile.
Wonderful blog and so inspirational. Your cotton crop is amazing and so beautiful.
