life here...

 They grow so fast.
And leave way before you expect them to...
Yes-those are arms cooking in my oven. Hope the oven is clean...oh dear. It actually is cleaner than it looks in that photo!!! :)

I will be joining a new site (for me) in August. I am very, very excited about this move and I've been working like a dog making people. I'll be able to give more details as time goes by. Also excited to be in the next issue of Haute Handbags...more about that later too....
Is this adorable or what? My baby mourning doves are so tame when they're young. Oh , how I love them!

Oh my goodness Debra - there is so much going on with you friend. Congratulations about being published in Haute Handbags and can't wait for you to reveal your new site. As for your baby mourning doves...oh how sweet. You have a touch with those precious birds. Thanks too for your lovely card and your prayers. Sending you a big hug!!

We also had 2 baby bird nests, bluebirds in a birdhouse and catbirds in a bush. We watched from our nearby porch as the adult birds went back and forth feeding the babies. Within a few short days they were all gone. The bluebird birdhouse nest was raided by something, nothing was left but feathers, very sad. The catbird bush nest survived and we watched the babies take flight. Delightfully sweet. If only the bluebirds could have survived one more day. Looking forward to seeing you on a new site, please let us know!

Love to see all that you are doing. You're so BUSY. I AM wondering though, why you are cooking body parts. They look to be fabric! My blue bird nests were raided too. Danged English Sparrows and something else. Now we have a third try with 5 babies and lots of English Sparrow/Blue Bird battles. Keeping my fingers crossed.
xx, Carol

Congratulations on all your achievements, as always so well deserved. Something about seeing those body parts baking in the oven makes me smile. Those birds on the mailbox, oh that one you should frame and hang on the wall - just beautiful. Bye bye to the birdies. Waiting for the reveal... xo kim
